摘    要:添加硫酸铝和聚合氯化铝的纸浆的电荷特征,是决定铝化物发挥功效的重要因素。本文利用胶体滴定技术,从电荷分析的角度,比较了硫酸铝和聚合氯化铝的性能。研究了它们对纸浆pH值的电导率的影响;用量对纸浆电荷的影响;研究了pH值对添加相同量硫酸铝和聚合氯化铝的纸浆的电荷的影响;最后比较了两者的助留、助滤和施胶效果。结果表明,聚合氯化铝是一种比硫酸铝更有效的阳离子聚集剂。

Abstract:To evaluate the properties of alum and PAC used as aids of sizing,drainage and retention,it is necessary to study the charge characteristic of the stock added alum and PAC.The properties of alum and PAC are compared in this paper in terms of charge analysis using colloid titration technique.Firstly,the effect of alum and PAC on pH and conductivity is studied.Secondly,the effect of dosage of alum and PAC on charge of pulp is studied.Thirdly,the effect of pH on charge of pulp in which same amount of alum and PAC has been added is studied.Finally,properties of retention,drainage and sizing of the pulp added the two aluminum compounds are compared.The results show that PAC is a more effective cationic coagulant than alum.
