地铁车辆辅助系统中HVIGBT斩波器研制

摘    要:阐述了在地铁一号线车辆静止辅助系统中采用高压绝缘栅双极型晶体管(HVIGBT)斩波器替代门极可关断晶闸管(GT0)斩波器,以实现静止辅助系统的国产化.对所研制的斩波主电路采用Matlab/Simulink软件进行仿真分析研究,仿真结果与实验波形相符合,说明了这种替代是正确、可行的.

Abstract:Gate turn of-thyristor chopper of static auxiliary system of metro No 1 is replaced by high voltage insulated gate bipolar transistor (HVIGBT) chopper, which is presented in this article, to realize the home manufacture of static auxiliary system. The main circuit of the chopper is analyzed and studied by Matlab/ Simulink simulation software, the simulation result is equivalent to the experiment waveform, so we can conclude that this replacement is right and feasible.
