木聚糖酶产生菌固体发酵条件的初步研究

摘    要:木聚糖酶产生菌 (Aspergillusniger) 1 - 1 3菌株以白酒丢糟作为碳源进行固体发酵生产木聚糖酶 .采用单因素搜索对其最适产酶的氮源和发酵条件进行优化 ,结果表明 :添加的最适氮源为硫酸铵 ,最适加入量为 1 6% (以白酒糟干质量计 ) ;最适产酶发酵条件 :温度为 30℃ ,初始含水量为 5 5 % ,接种量为 1mL菌悬液 (浓度为 7× 1 0 7个 /mL)接种到 1 0 g固体培养基中 .在此优化条件下培养 72h ,木聚糖酶活力可达最高为 370IU/ g酒糟粉

Abstract:Aspergillus niger 1-13 strain Xylanase productio was performed by solid-state fermentation, on distiuers grain used as carbon source.For optimizing its solid state fermentation condition,the single-factor searching was carried out.Oplimal adding nitrogen source was ammonium sulfate,and optimal adding quantity was1.6%(w/w).Under the optimized condition of xylanases production eg.the cultivation temperature(30℃).initial moisture content (55%)and inoculum(1?mL,spores concentration7×10 7个/mL),the highest xylanase activity was 370?IU/g distiller grain after 72?h of cultivation
