| 摘 要： | 简单分析了螺旋焊管埋弧自动焊接生产过程,针对其生产中存在的问题设计了一种基于视频摄像传感器的焊缝自动跟踪系统.该系统采用CCD视频摄像机作为传感器,在焊接过程中实时采集焊缝图像信息,并将图像信息转换为电信号,经视频信号处理电路放大、滤波、二值化等处理后,送主要由单片机构成的焊缝偏差计算处理电路进行处理,处理后的偏差信息反馈给焊接纠偏执行机构,驱动电机对焊接偏差实时纠偏.经实际使用,效果良好.

| Abstract: | SAW automatic welding production process of spiral submerged arc welded pipe is briefly analyzed.A weld automatic tracking system based on video frequency camera sensor is designed out aimed at its problem existed in production.This system adopts CCD video frequency camera as sensor and real time collects weld image information during welding and transfer image information into electric signal,through disposal of video frequency signal disposal circuit magnify,filtering,etc.and sent to weld misalignment calculation disposal circuit which is composed of single chip unit to disposal,disposed misalignment information feedback to welding rectify deviation execution mechanism and driven motor will real time rectify to welding tolerance.The results are very good after practice and application. |
