| 摘 要： | 从战略部署、优先领域、人才和经费投入等方面分析了天津自然科学基金的发展环境,并详细剖析了天津自然科学基金的管理体制、资助体系、资助格局、管理与评审办法等.在研究天津自然科学基金发展现状及其存在问题的基础上,从完善科学基金制度、调整项目资助体系、增加研究经费投入等方面对天津自然科学基金发展提出了建议.
