摘    要:对六联体叶片组无余量精铸研制过程中出现的欠铸、疏松和裂纹等缺陷,进行了研究和探索.通过对制模、制壳、浇注系统组合方案的设计、叶片组熔注、脱壳、叶片组的检测等工艺进行试验,摸索出了六联体叶片合理、可行的工艺方法和参数,成功研制出了满足使用要求的六联体导向叶片铸件,积累了多联体叶片的精铸经验.

Abstract:The defects in the guide six-vane combination cast by non-shaving precision casting,such as misrun,microshrinkage and crack,were studied.Through the experiments and investigation on processes such as pattern making,shell molding,gating system design,melting and pouring,stripping,and detection method,etc.,the rational and feasible process and parameters were obtained.The guide six-vane combinations that meet the operating requirements were successfully produced.
