| 摘 要： | 目的：采用因子分析法和证据推理法评价北京市某三级甲等医院住院患者满意度。方法通过自研问卷对北京市某三级甲等医院213名住院患者进行面对面访谈调查，使用因子分析法确定评估框架维度和指标权重，并基于数据使用证据推理法对患者满意度进行综合评估。结果被调查医院住院患者“非常满意”的综合确信度为54．22％、“满意”的综合确信度为40．02％、“一般满意”的综合确信度为4．64％、“不满意”的综合确信度为0．80％、“非常不满意”的综合确信度为0．32％。结论将因子分析法和证据推理法两者结合进行患者满意度的综合评估能够得到比较客观和全面的结果。

| Abstract: | Objective To comprehensively evaluate inpatient satisfaction of a first class hospital in Beijing with factor analysis and the evidential reasoning ( ER) approach.Methods 213 hospitalized patients in a first class hospital in Beijing were investigated based on face to face interviews by self-developed questionnaire.The factor analysis method was used to determine the weights of indicators and items on different levels in the question-naire, and then the ER approach was employed to conduct an aggregated assessment of inpatient satisfaction based on the collected questionnaire data.Results The belief degree of “very satisfied” with the surveyed hospital is 54.22%,“satisfied” is 40.02%, “general satisfied” is 4.64%, “dissatisfied” is 0.80%, and “very dissatis-fied” is 0 .32%.Conclusion Using a combination of factor analysis and ER approach to assess inpatient satisfac-tion can help to obtain more objective and comprehensive results. |
