某校开展床位分类管理的做法与成效

目的：总结军医大学开展床位分类管理做法与成效。方法收集军医大学各附属医院2014年1—9月和2015年1—9月的医疗数质量指标和卫生经济指标进行比对。结果军医大学附属医院开展床位分类管理，能有效控制床位规模，改善病区环境秩序，降低平均住院日、术前平均住院日、次均住院费用、药占比，提高每床日门诊指数和利润率。结论开展床位分类管理是解决军队医院规模无序扩张的有力抓手，是提升医院诊疗质量的重要措施，但在建立配套信息化管理、不同病区绩效考核制度、效益分配政策及建立双向转诊模式等方面需要进一步探索。

Practice and Effect of Classified Management of Hospital Beds

Objective To summarize the practice and effect of classified management of hospital beds in the Third Military Medical University.Methods The medical quality index and health economic index of the Affil-iated Hospital of our university from January to September in 2014 and 2015 were collected and compared.Results Classified management of beds in the affiliated hospital of military medical university could effectively control the bed size, improve the order of the ward environment, reduce the average hospitalization days and preoperative hos-pitalization days, average hospitalization expenses and drug cost, and improve outpatient service index and profit rate per bed day.Conclusion Classified management of beds is an effective way to restrict the out -of -order ex-pansion of current military hospitals and to enhance the quality of hospital diagnosis and treatment, but further ex-ploration should be made to establish supporting information management, performance appraisal system for different ward areas, benefit distribution policy and two -way referral patterns.
