基于PLC与Labview的三牙轮钻头性能检测系统研究

摘    要:针对现有的三牙轮钻头性能检测试验装置数据采集系统不稳定等情况,研究设计了钻头性能检测试验装置的监控系统。本监控系统分为操作控制部分、动态数据采集部分以及数据监控软件部分。操作控制部分采用可编程控制器S7200来实现;数据监控软件部分用图形化语言Labview实现。全方位的监控三牙轮钻头检测试验过程的钻速、钻压、钻头进尺等参数,获得准确有效的试验数据,对三牙轮钻头的参数优化设计具有非常重要的意义。

Abstract:For the existing three-cone bit performance testing test device data acquisition system instability, etc., research and design of the bit capacity test device monitoring system. Operational control of the monitoring system is divided into parts, dynamic data acquisition components and data monitoring software. Operation control part adopts Siemens PLC S7200 to achieve; data monitoring software portion of the graphic language used Labview to achieve. Comprehensive monitoring of three-cone drill-testing the process of drilling speed, press, footage and other parameters to obtain accurate and valid test data, the three-cone drill bit design parameter optimization is very important significance.
