| 摘 要： | 建立了高新技术科研项目评价指标体系,提出了基于层次分析法(AHP)和区间模糊的逼近理想排序法的高新技术科研项目评价模型,采用AHP确定评价指标的权重,借助于模糊理论构建区间模糊矩阵,计算其正、负理想解和接近度,根据接近度而对高新技术科研项目进行比较,并进行了实例分析.结果表明,所构建的评价指标体系和评价模型具有一定的实用性和可行性.
