| 摘 要： | 分别给赤眼鳟投喂4种不同酵母多糖含量的饲料(w(酵母多糖)分别为0、0．2％、0．5％、0.8％)36d。并在第12、24和36天检测超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、溶菌酶活性、白细胞吞噬活性、红细胞的免疫功能，和第36天检测血清中补体C3水平。结果表明：饲料添加了0．5％和0.8％酵母多糖的饲料能显提高鱼类SOD酶活性．溶菌酶活性、补体C3水平、白细胞吞噬活性、红细胞的免疫功能，而添加了0．2％的酵母多糖饲料只能显提高溶菌酶活性。

| Abstract: | The effects of including yeast glucan in the diet on Squaliobarbus curriculus non_specific immune response were investigated. The fish were fed four different diets for 36 days: a commercial diet as control and the same diet supplemented with 0 2%, 0 5%, 0 8% yeast glucan. After 12,24 and 36 days, the activity of SOD, Lysozyme levels, the phagocytic activity of the leucocytes, the immune function of erythrocytic were investigated. After 36 days, complement C_3 levels were also investigated .The results showed that 0 5%,0 8% yeast glucan enhanced all the investigated immune response significantly and 0 2% enhanced Lysozyme levels only. |
