| 摘 要： | 我国空间规划的改革是基于生态文明体制改革的重要制度设计,是针对已有各类空间规划问题的解决方案.伴随着对空间规划的认识不断深化,空间规划的改革实践也在逐步深入.结合已开展的省级空间规划、市县“多规合一”、城市开发边界等三方面的试点,考察空间规划实践的进展和不足.并对空间规划的逻辑关系、法律关系、体制关系进行了分析.

| Abstract: | The reform of China's spatial planning involves system redesign based on new understanding of the ecological civilization system.It responds to all kinds of spatial planning problems.As understanding of spatial planning deepens,the reform of planning is further carried forward.Combined with three pilot projects on provincial spatial planning,urban and rural multiple planning integration,and urban growth boundary,the progress and shortcomings of spatial planning practice are explored.The paper also analyzes the logical relationship,legal relationship and system relationship of spatial planning reform. |
