摘    要:对动车组转向架系统开展智能化故障诊断和健康管理研究。从转向架系统的故障机理出发,研究转向架系统的故障预测与健康管理技术,建立转向架故障诊断与健康管理系统,开发转向架关键系统智能监控分析平台,实现转向架系统的故障预测、实时监控、故障显示及健康评估。通过对转向架系统的故障预测与健康管理,可提高转向架系统的检修效率,降低故障率和平均检备率,提高转向架系统的可用性,降低转向架系统的维护管理成本。

Abstract:Through intelligent fault diagnosis and health management research on the key components of the EMU bogie system,the fault prediction and health management technologies of the bogie system are studied based on the failure mechanism of bogie system. Then,a system is established for bogie fault diagnosis monitoring and health management,and BIMA is developed, which will achieve the goals of bogie system fault prediction, real-time monitoring, fault display and health assessment. Through fault prediction and health management of the bogie system,the maintenance efficiency of the bogie system will be improved,the failure rate and average inspection rate be reduced.At the same time, the availability of the bogie system will be improved,and the maintenance cost management of the system be reduced.
