| 摘 要： | 三角帆蚌流水式人工育苗，采用亲蚌自然授精，静水采集钩介幼虫，流水育苗。在育苗室周围设防护堤，室内各育苗地用砖叠成，砖块间留有缝隙，使之成为一个有微流的水环境。以体长１０ｃｍ的鳙鱼采集钩介幼虫，作为宿主鱼。流水育苗操作简便，效果较好，每个小池（１．４４ｍ２）可培育稚蚌５０００～６０００只，高产者可达１万只。

| Abstract: | In the running-water seedling culture.firstly,the mother mussel is naturally inseminated,then glochidia are collected in stagnant water, the seedling is cultured in runningwater.An embankment was built around the breeding location by piling up sticks around thebreeding pool in order to create a slightly flowing water environment.Glochidia live in the Aristichtys nobilis of about 10 cm in length.Running water seedling culture is easy to operate and has good results.On average,each pool (1. 44m2) produces 5000-6000 seedlings,and an enormous yield can reach 10000. |
