| 摘 要： | 本文对影响猪繁殖性能和产肉性能的雌激素受体 (ESR)基因、促卵泡素 (FSH) β亚基基因和ob基因的检测方法进行了研究 ,对不同基因型的PCR反应条件和程序进行了改进 ,建立了一次PCR反应同时检测这 3个基因分子遗传标记的方法 ,结果与分别对 3个基因进行检测的结果完全相同

| Abstract: | In this paper, existed methods for testing FSHβ subunit, ESR and ob genes which influence the reproduction and meat quality performance in swine were studied. A new method was proposed. Using one PCR procedure these three genes can be analysed simultaneously and the results were identical to that obtained by stparated analysis. |
