制动系统圆筒式传感器研究

摘    要:为了能对提升机制动系统进行有效的在线监测与故障诊断 ,用传感器来拾取制动器的正压力和液压回路的油压进行在线监测与故障诊断是一种非常有效的方法 ,为此需研制特殊传感器以满足这种要求。通过对制动器各个零部件进行受力分析 ,得出可将柱塞进行局部的结构改造 ,使之成为圆筒式传感器来拾取制动器的正压力。因此通过用解析、有限元、实验等方法对圆柱式传感器进行了设计、分析和验证 ,得出圆筒式传感器的性能可靠 ,能够用于提升机制动系统内进行动态监测。

Abstract:In order to carry out effectively on?line monitoring and fault diagnosis for hoist brake system,using a sensor to pick up the positive pressure of the brake and the oil pressure of hydraulic circuit is the desirable and effective way to conduct the on?line monitoring and fault diagnosis.So a special sensor is necessary to meet the special requirement.Through the analysis on forces acted on every part of the brake,it is attained the piston can be made as a barrel load cell to pick up positive pressure of the brake if it is reformed partly.The methods of analysis,finite elements,test are applied to design,analyze,and verify the barrel load cell.The tests clearly show the reliable performance of the sensor and its feasibility.It is completely practicable to use the barrel load cell to carry out the dynamic monitoring in the hoist brake system.
