生物降解原油中生物标志物组成的定量研究

借助于生物标志物定量色谱质谱分析技术，对辽河油田冷东断裂带遭受不同程度生物降解的原油进行了链烷烃和各类生物标志物分析研究。研究表明，链烷烃对生物降解作用最为敏感，而且链烷烃含量的变化与降解原油粘度间存在良好的负相关性。补身烷系列含量与粘度负相关，而三环萜烷、四环萜烷、伽马蜡烷和藿烷系列含量与粘度正相关，甾烷系列含量呈先增后降的两段式。在生物降解过程中，Pr/nC17与Ph/nC18比值呈先增后降的特征，但二者是不同步的，姥鲛烷抗生物降解能力弱于植烷。C14Te/C26TT,C29Ts/C29H,伽骊蜡烷指数和伽马蜡烷／C31H比值与原油粘度间存在的一定的正相关关系。

Quantitative Study of Biomarker Composition in Biodegrated Oils

Analytical study of chain alkanes and various biomarkers is performed on oils of different biodegradation degree in Lengciong faulted zone of Liaohe Oilfield by using the chromatograhic-mass spec trograhic analysis. The results show that the chain alkanes are very sensitive to the biodegradation. There is a negative correlation between the change of chain alkane content and the viscosity of the biodegraded oil. There is also negative correlation between drimance content and its viscosity, and there is positive correlation between the content and viscositity in tricyclic terpances, tetracycliz terpanes, gammacerances and hopanes, sterane content increases first, and then reduces. During the biodegradation, Pr/nC 17 and Ph/nC 18ratios increase first and then decrease, but both of them are not syncronous,the biodegradation resisting ability is more weak than that of phytane C 24 Te/C 26TT,C 29Ts/C 29 H, gammacerane index and gammacerane/C 31 H ratio are positive correlation with crude oil viscosity.
