银杏叶黄酮粗提物提取及其抑菌性质研究

摘    要:从银杏叶中采用超声波提取银杏黄酮,经过一系列萃取等方法,得到黄酮粗提物;对黄酮粗提物用高效液相色谱法测定黄酮含量;然后用抑菌圈法研究黄酮粗提物对细菌(金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌)、引起农业中常见病害的真菌(禾谷镰刀菌、烟草赤星病菌)的抑菌性质.结果表明,银杏叶黄酮粗提物对这4种菌均有一定的抑制作用,其中对大肠杆菌的抑制作用最强,抑菌圈直径达20.50mm.对禾谷镰刀菌、烟草赤星病菌也有较明显抑制作用,抑菌圈直径分别为15.77mm、17.00mm.

Abstract:The total flavonoids in gingko leaves were extracted by ultrasonic extraction and determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Zone of inhibition test was used to investigate the antimicrobial activity of flavonoids extract against Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli,Fusarium graminearum Schwabe and Alternaria alternata.The results showed that the flavonoids extract had certain antimicrobial activity on the four microorganisms.In details,the diameter of the zone of inhibition for E.coli rea...
