正颌外科手术并发症观察与护理

目的：探讨正颌外科手术并发症的护理。方法：选取笔者所在医院进行正颌外科手术的35例患者,针对实施正颌手术患者出现的并发症进行有针对性的护理。结果：35例患者手术后,其中1例出现活动性出血并发症,呼吸道梗阻1例,下牙槽神经感觉障碍4例,但经过相应的和资料和护理,患者均恢复良好。结论：正颌术后容易出现呼吸道梗阻、出血、下牙槽神经感觉障碍等并发症,手术前后对患者进行精心护理,能够减少术后并发症的出现,促进患者迅速康复。

Observation and Nursing Care of Orthognathic Surgery Complications

Objective： To explore the nursing orthognathic surgical operation complications.Method： To select 35 patients in our hospital for orthognathic surgery operation, for the implementation of positive patients and operation complications were targeted nursing.Result： 35 patients after operation, including 1 cases of active bleeding complications, 1 cases of respiratory tract obstruction, 4 cases of inferior alveolar nerve sensory disorder, but after the corresponding and data and nursing, all patients recovered well.Conclusion： Postoperative complications and prone to respiratory tract obstruction, hemorrhage, inferior alveolar nerve sensory disorder of patients before and after operation, careful nursing, can reduce complications, promote the patient a speedy recovery.
