基于PLC的光固化快速成形数控系统

摘    要:为简化光固化快速成形(SLA)数控系统的结构、降低系统开发的成本和难度,结合所设计的成形设备特点,利用可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)具有的开发简单、性能可靠等优点,设计了一个基于PLC的光固化快速成形数控系统。该系统将数控系统中各类信号高度集成到一台PLC,并采用串行通信方法,在PLC开发平台上实现了对各底层设备的控制。研究结果表明,此法缩短了快速成形数控系统的开发周期,节省了开发成本。

Abstract:Aiming at simpling the structure of numerical control system, and decreasing the cost and difficulty of development, a numerical control system based on the programmable logic controller(PLC) was designed for a stereolithography apparatus (SLA) machine with utilizing the prominent feature of the easy development and higher reliability of the PLC. By the developed numerical system, all control signals was integrated to the PLC, and series communication method was adopted to realize the control of the lower devices. The research indicates that the whole period of development and cost of machine are decreased.
