我国出口农产品技术含量和附加值的实证研究

随着农业科技的进步,我国出口农产品的技术含量和附加值正不断提高.文章实证分析了不同技术含量农产品的出口情况,测度了不同技术含量农产品的比较优势及出口竞争力,横向比较了出口农产品的附加值.研究表明：我国粗加工农产品、深加工农产品的技术含量和附加值在不断提升,比较优势和竞争力都在不断增强,而传统的衡量方法低估了我国农产品贸易结构的优化程度；持续加大科技投入力度,继续推动农产品精深加工,提升农产品的技术含量和附加值是未来我国农业发展的必然选择.

A Positive Study on the Technical Content and Added Value of Chinese Agricultural Products

With the development of the agricultural technology innovation, Chinese agricultural export products should not he considered as low technical content and low added value ones any more. Since people paid little attention to the agricultural export products＇ technical content and added value, this paper revealed the export proportion and the increasing trend of different technical content agricultural products. Particularly, this paper has made a positive measurement on the comparative advantage and export competitiveness of different technical content agricultural products. Lastly, this paper compared the added value of Chinese agricultural products with the other countries such as USA, Australia, New Zealand and Canada. This paper has drawn the conclusion that the comparative advantage, export competitiveness, technical content and added value of Chinese simple processing and deep processing agricultural products are promoting. Therefore, traditional methods may underestimate the optimizing degree of Chinese agricultural trade structure. At the same time, we need to enlarge technical input and promote the intensive processing, in order to improve the technical content and added value of Chinese agricultural products.
