摘    要:支井河特大桥横跨支井河,两岸地形陡峻,施工场地狭窄,运输困难,施工条件受到自然条件和桥跨结构等多种因素的限制,必须作好钢管拱肋安装设计。通过施工条件分析,对钢管拱肋安装的缆索吊机、锚锭体系、缆索系统、组合式索鞍、运行及提升系统、拱肋安装工艺流程、斜拉扣挂系统、拱肋合拢、卸扣等设计进行了详细的介绍。

Abstract:The Zhijinghe bridge run across the Zhijinghe River,and because the two sides are steep,the construction site is narrow,there is difficult transportation situation for construction.So the the installation design of the bridge is necessary and important.In this paper,the construction situatin is analyzed,the installation project design is conducted for cable elevator,anchor spindle system,cable system,combined cable saddle,operating and lifteing system,the arch rib installation process,cable-stayed system,arch closure and cable uninstallation in detail.
