基于CIM和SVG的电网建模技术

摘    要:为了解决电力软件数据的规范化问题,在IEC-61970标准的基础上结合通用信息模型C IM和矢量图形扩展格式SVG建立电网模型,并采用图模一体化技术构建图形建模系统。系统实现了基于设备模型完成拓扑结构自动生成和完整性检查的功能,并对图形数据和模型数据分别采用SVG格式和通用信息模型的可扩展标记语言模型交换格式(C IM XM L)进行标准化存取。试验表明系统生成的电网模型能方便地用于多种电力应用软件,从而满足了不同系统数据和图形交换的需要。

Abstract:In order to solve the standardization problem of data among different power softwares,a graphics modeling method based on CIM and SVG is proposed following IEC-61970.Then according to the thinking of G.M.D.(viz.integration of graph,model and database),a new kind of graphics modeling system for power network is built.The system realizes the function of generating and checking network topology automatically and adopts SVG format and CIM-XML exchange format respectively for graphics data and model data.The model of power network can be used in many applications and satisfy the demand of exchanging the data and graphics among different systems.
