先天性肌性斜颈治疗25例报告

先天性肌性斜颈是一种常见的颈部畸形。本文通过对３０例肌性斜颈治疗的随访及回顾性分析，全部病例颈部畸形均矫正。故认为：婴儿时期可行按摩，扳正治疗，四岁以上患儿可行手术矫治，严重病例或十岁以上者需同时作止点切断术。强调术后功能锻炼，传统的石膏固定可以免除。

Congenital muscular torticollis is a common neck malforrnation. 30 cases congenital muscular torticollis were treated and reeovered.We suggest:The infact patient might be treated with continuous massage and traction of sternoli domasstoid muscle For the mild cases over 4 years of age generally were treated with surgery,generally division of the clavicular and sternal insertion of the muscle only,for the severe cases over 10 years of age division the all insertion of the muscle and part of the muscle was excised we emphasize that training of function after operation. Traditional exter-nal fixation of the spinal brace and plaster cap are not necessary.
