| 摘 要： | 我们自行研制了一套应用于飞行时间质谱的数据采集和相关度分析系统。系统软件部分使用Microsoft Visual C＋＋6.0编写，不仅能够实现质谱信号的快速采集，而且还能够通过多次采样（大于6000次）分析质谱图中各谱峰信号之间的相关度。本文主要介绍了该系统软件设计的核心部分，并给出软件应用于气相苯团簇多光子电离实验得到的协方差图等结果。

| Abstract: | A software written in Microsoft Visual C++ 6. 0 of data acquisition and covariance analyzing was developed for TOF-MS. The system can realize the rapid recording of mass spectra in transient processes and provide a covariance mapping through a large number of repetitive measurements (e. g. > 6000) . The core of software design was described in this paper, and the covariance analysis of multiphoton ionization of benzene was displayed. |
