微晶白云母负载纳米TiO2及其光催化性能研究

摘    要:以微晶白云母为载体,钛酸丁酯为钛源,采用溶胶-凝胶法合成制备微晶白云母负载纳米TiO2光催化剂,然后用X射线衍射,扫描电镜等对微晶白云母负载TiO2光催化剂进行表征。再以微晶白云母负载纳米TiO2光催化剂对亚甲基蓝进行了光催化降解研究,特别针对有无紫外光照射条件下微晶白云母、纳米TiO2、微晶白云母/纳米TiO2等在亚甲基蓝溶液中的行为进行研究,结果表明:所制备的微晶白云母负载TiO2光催化剂对亚甲基蓝具有较好的光催化降解能力,1250目微晶白云母负载TiO2在紫外光照射下光催化反应4h,其降解率可达99%以上。

Abstract:TiO2-loaded micro-crystal muscovite composite photocatalyst was prepared by sol-gel process using micro-crystal muscovite as the supporter and tetranbutyl titanate as the titanic source. The material was characterized by X-ray diffraction and Scanning Electronic Microscope.The influence of UV light on Methylene Blue and the role of micro-crystal muscovite,nano-TiO2 powders and TiO2 loaded micro-crystal muscovite in the Methylene Blue solution were investigated.The micro-crystal muscovite has an excellent ability of absorption and the nano TiO2 powders have better photocatalytic activity for decomposition of Methylene Blue.The TiO2-loaded micro-crystal muscovite photocatalyst has an excellent photocatalytic activity for degradation of the Methylene Blue and the degradation rate of the 100 ml Methylene Blue solution with 5 mg/L concentration is about 100% under UV irradiation for 4h at room temperature used nano-TiO2 /MCM (micro-crystal muscovite) as photocatalyst.
