一种热式气液流量测量技术的仿真与研究

摘    要:依据能量守恒原理和流量测量原理,提出了一种新型热式气液质量流量的测量方法,并基于方法设计了相应的热式气液质量流量计.对其进行数值模拟,研究了流量计在不同流速下的温度分布情况,分析和比较了不同流速下的导热杆上下端温度传感器的温差值,获得了适用的量程值.最后,对流体管内湍流换热过程进行分析,并对测量方法进行了测量精度的定量分析,分析结果显示其测量精度可达到98%,符合工程应用要求.计算结果为该热式气液质量流量计的设计、优化、定型提供了重要的参考依据.
