| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨我院中药注射剂临床应用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：对我院2009～2011年中药注射剂的种类、销售金额、用药频度（DDDs）和日用药金额（DDC）进行统计。结果：中药注射剂销售金额明显增长,尤其是抗肿瘤类;活血化瘀类DDDs排序居前列。结论：我院中药注射剂的临床应用日益广泛,应充分发挥临床药师的作用,加强对不合理用药的干预和不良反应监测。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the application of traditional Chinese medicine injection(TCMI) in our hospital, and to provide reference for rational clinical medication.Methods:TCMI used in our hospital from 2009 to 2011 were analyzed statistically in terms of type of TCMI,consumption sum,DDDs and DDC.Results:Consumption sum of TCMI increased significantly,especially anticancer TCMI.TCMI for activating blood circulation and resolving stasis took up the lead place in the list of DDDs.Conclusion:The utilization of TCMI increased progressively.It is important to bring the role of clinical pharmacists into full play and to intensify the intervention of non-rational drug use and monitoring of adverse drug reactions. |
