高原环境下血涂片单核细胞形态变化及临床意义

摘    要:目的:探讨高原环境下外周血涂片单核细胞形态学检查的临床应用价值。方法:选择急性感染恢复期、慢性感染(巨细胞病毒、结核菌、布氏杆菌等)、结缔组织病、血液病、恶性组织细胞病、组织细胞增多症、酒精性肝硬化、局限性回肠炎、溃疡性结肠炎、口腔性腹泻、急性单核细胞白血病等患者外周血涂片进行了单核细胞形态观察。结果:在急性感染恢复期、慢性感染、结缔组织病、血液病、恶性组织细胞病、组织细胞增多症、酒精性肝硬化、局限性回肠炎、溃疡性结肠炎、口腔性腹泻、急性单核细胞白血病等的外周血涂片中观察到3种正常单核细胞和6种异常单核细胞。结论:外周血涂片单核细胞形态学检查对急性感染恢复期、慢性感染、结缔组织病、组织细胞增多症、血液病、恶性组织细胞病、酒精性肝硬化、局限性回肠炎、溃疡性结肠炎、口腔性腹泻、急性单核细胞白血病等患者的诊断、治疗、预后评估均具有重要的临床意义。

Abstract:Objectives we assessed clinical practical significance of monocytes morphology on blood smear in high altitude. Method observe monocytes morphology on blood smear which come from the person in the period of acute infection period of recovery , chronic infection( Cytomegaovirus, M. tuberculosis, Brucella ) , connective tissue disease, blood diseases, MalignantHistiocytosis histocytosis, alcoholic cirrhosis, crohndisease, ulcerative colitis, psilosis, acute monocytic leukemia. Result we found out 3 types of normal monocytes and 6 types of abnormal monocytes from these patients' blood smear. Conclusion monocytes morphology on blood smear has important clinical significance for these diseases' diagnosis, treatment, evaluation of prognosis.
