| 摘 要： | 研究了大型工件无损金相检验中的不同复型制样方法的特点。通过对硬质酚醛塑料板复型、HM有机混合胶液复型和涂胶复膜喷镀金属复型三种方法的比较，认为涂胶复膜喷镀法为最佳。阐述了涂胶复膜喷镀法现场制样操作、试验原理及金相摄影方法，总结了该方法在大型构件现场无损金相检验中的应用效果及作用。

| Abstract: | The paper deals with the study of gel coat filming preparation method and its characteristics in the non destructive metallographic examination of bulk structural parts. The procedures of preparation, its quality influencing factors as well as optical micro morphology in the on spot metallographic examination are mainly described. The advantages and application effectiveness of the method are also summarized. |
