摘    要:微生物生态学是生态学的一个分支 ,白酒微生物生态是佳酿中国白酒的特殊内容 ,它与白酒工业生态密切相关。白酒工业生态把产品质量提高、环境保护、生态园建设纳为一体来研究 ,也包括了白酒微生物生态学的内容。本文讨论了白酒工业生态与白酒微生物生态对中国白酒生产的特殊重要意义。沱牌集团实施的白酒工业生态园建设体现了21世纪中国白酒发展方向

Abstract:Microecology is a branch of ecology. Except for its specific significance in liquor production, microecology has close correlations with industrial ecology in liquor-making industry. Industrial ecology in liquor-making industry refers to integrative research on quality improvement of liquor products, environmental protection and construction of ecological gardens, and it also covers the problems fallen within microecology.The specific significance of the development of microecology and industrial ecology in liquor-making industry in China was introduced in this paper. And the construction of ecological gardens for liquor production by Tuopai Group has directed the right way for liquor-making industry in China in 21st century.(Tran.by YUE Yang)
