产前超声早期诊断胎儿体蒂异常

摘    要:目的探讨产前超声早期诊断胎儿体蒂异常的价值。方法回顾性分析我院产前超声诊断的13胎胎儿体蒂异常的首诊时间、超声声像图及随访结果,分析胎儿体蒂异常的超声声像图特点。结果产前超声诊断的13胎胎儿体蒂异常均于首次超声检查时发现,其中76.92%(10/13)于孕16周前诊断,并均经引产证实,产前超声诊断准确率为100%。13胎胎儿体蒂异常均存在腹壁缺损及脐带异常,12胎合并脊柱侧凸,9胎合并肢体畸形,3胎合并颅面畸形。结论产前超声检查是早期诊断胎儿体蒂异常的可靠方法,具有重要的临床价值。

Abstract:Objective To explore the value of prenatal ultrasound in early diagnosis of fetuses with body stalk anomaly (BSA). Methods A retrospective study was performed in 13 fetuses with BSA, including the first diagnostic time, ultrasound images and follow-up results. The ultrasonic features of BSA were analyzed. Results Thirteen fetuses with BSA were diagnosed by prenatal ultrasound in the first ultrasound screening and confirmed with induced labor. Ten (10/13, 76.92%) of these fetuses were diagnosed before 16 weeks of gestation. The accuracy of prenatal ultrasonic diagnosis was 100%. All the fetuses were characterized by the presence of abdominal wall defect and umbilical cord abnormality. Twelve of the 13 fetuses were found with demonstrated scoliosis, 9 presented with limb deformities and 3 with craniofacial defects. Conclusion It is reliable and valuable to diagnose BSA with prenatal ultrasound in early stage.
