潍北油田昌74井微生物采油室内性能评价研究

摘    要:W3,G12,S11是为潍北油田昌74断块筛选的采油菌种,本文报道这几种菌在油藏条件下的生长情况,与昌74井原油的作用是岩心驱油结果,使原油含蜡量降低7%-11%,使界面张力降低10.7%-44.0%,使高碳数正构烷烃含量下降,低碳数正构烷烃含量增多,产酸产气,提高岩心采收率8.2%-10.6%。

Abstract:Several bacterial species have been screened for MEOR at Block Chang 74 of Weibei Oil Field, Shengli. This paper presents the results of investigating the destructive and oildisplacing capacities of species W3, G12 and S11 for waxy crude oil from production well Chang 74: reduction of wax content by 711% and of interfacial tension by 10.744.0%; reduction of high carbon number normal alkanes and enrichment of low carbon number ones; production of gases (mainly CO2 and N2) and acids; enhancement in oil recovery by 8.210.6%(in core experiments).
