组合抽油泵缸套的激光淬火

摘    要:论述了对内径44~83mm、长度300mm组合抽油泵缸套进行激光淬火的情况。检测结果表明,经激光淬火处理后,缸套内表面硬度达到60~66HRC,硬化层深度达到0.4~0.6mm,缸套直径上变形仅为0.03mm左右,远远小于常规热处理的变形量。实践证明,对组合抽油泵缸套采用激光淬火处理能大幅度提高生产效率,降低生产成本。

Abstract:Laser quenching for the compound subsurface pump liner of 44 ~ 83mm in inside diameter and 300mm in length is expounded. The result of inspection shows that, after laser quenching, the hardness of the liner's inner surface reaches 60 ~ 66HRC, the depth of the hardened layer reaches 0. 4 ~ 0. 6mm, the radial deformation of the liner is only about 0.03mm, much less than that produced by the conventional heattreatment.Practice shows that the production efficiency can be greatly improved and production cost can be cut down by using the compound subsurface pump with laserquenched liner.
