中国资源型产业结构调整与升级研究述评

长期以来我国中西部地区凭借资源禀赋优势大力发展资源型产业，推动了地区和国家经济的工业化进程，目前已经形成以资源型产业为主导的区域性经济结构体系。然而，资源型产业的快速发展和扩张也产生了强烈的经济结构和行为方式的低级化趋势，以及日益加深的路径依赖，为这些省区经济社会发展带来了诸多问题和障碍。为此，诸多学者和专业研究者对资源型产业结构调整与升级的相关理论和实践进行了多方面的研究和实践，本文以这些研究为基础，通过借鉴国际经验，结合我国资源型产业结构调整与升级的实际问题，对我国今后实现资源型产业结构与升级进行评述并提出需进一步研究的问题。

A Review of Researches on the Adjusting and Upgrading of Resource-based Industrial Structure in China

For a long time, the middle and western regions of China have exerted great efforts in developing resource - based industries by virtue of their resources advantage, which has promoted the industrial process of these regions. By now, a regional economic structure system, headed by resource industry, has taken shape. However, the rapid development and expansion of resources industry also give rise to an obvious lower trend in economic structure, behavior and the deepening of path dependence. Meanwhile, it has brought about many problems and obstacles which will hinder the economic and social development of these provinces. Because of that, scholars and professional researchers have made close studies of the adjusting and upgrading of re- source - based industrial structure, both in theory and in practice. This article, based on the international experience and the ac- tual problems existing in the adjusting and upgrading process in China, makes a review of the researches on the adjusting and upgrading of resource industrial structure in China, and then puts forward some questions for further study.
