摘    要:港口门座式起重机(简称门机)在运行工作时,象鼻梁碰撞严重危害整机安全和效率。详细介绍了一种基于超声波传感器测距系统设计、研制的象鼻梁防撞安全保护装置。该装置能在两台门机旋转、变幅时自动检测象鼻梁之间的距离。当到达安全报警距离时,能发出声光报警并减速,提醒司机刹车,当达到极限距离时,声光报警的同时可以发出信号给门机电控系统使门机自动紧急停车。

Abstract:As the the portal crane is working in the port, the collision of the elephant nose beam would endanger the safety and efficiency of the whole machine. This paper introduces a collision avoidance protection device based on the supersonic senser distance measuring system. The distance between two elephant nose beams could be measured as the two portal cranes span and change range. Once the safety limit is reached, the sound and light alarm would be sent out, so as to warn the driver. Once the extreme distance is reached, the sound and light alarm would be send to the electric control system and make the portal crane stop at once.
