肺栓塞患者与血小板功能状态的关系

目的 :探讨肺栓塞 (PE)患者血液中血小板粘附、聚集和血栓素功能及其 PE发病机制中的关系。方法 :检测 2 5例 PE和 30例正常人血液中血小板粘附、聚集和血栓素的功能 ,并将粘附、聚集和血栓素与 PE疾病作相关性的分析。结果 :PE患者血液中血小板粘附、聚集和血栓素测值明显增高 ,且血小板粘附、聚集和血栓素与 PE疾病呈正相关性。结论 :本文通过检测 PE患者血液中血小板聚集、粘附和血栓素分析 ,能反映 PE疾病各期的血小板功能情况 ,可作为评价 PE受损程度的指标。

The Correlation Between Pulmonary Artery Thrombosis and the Function of Platelet

Purpose To research the correlation between the mechanism of pulmonary thrombosis and the functions of platelet in patients of pulmonary thrombosis. Methods 25 cases pulmonary thrombosis patients and 30 healthy volunteers were collected in this study. Their platelet aggregation, adhesiveness, and the function of their thromboxane were detected and relatively analyzed. Results In the blood of pulmonary thrombosis patients, the platelet aggregation, adhesiveness and the thromboxane were higher and all above show a positive relative trends with the attack rate of pulmonary thrombosis. Conclusion The detection of blood platelet aggregation, adhesiveness and the thromboxane can express the platelet function, and can be a index of the degree to pulmonary thrombosis.
