2013年新会地区细菌分布与耐药性监测分析

摘    要:目的:继续了解并总结新会地区近年来病原菌分布及耐药流行趋势。方法:2013年在我院分离的所有菌株,采用美国BD公司PHOENIX 100全自动细菌鉴定分析仪进行培养鉴定和药敏实验,并统计分析结果。结果:2013年临床分离出的2812株细菌中杆菌1860株占66.1%,球菌540株占19.2%,真菌412株占14.7%。球菌以金黄色葡萄球菌、肺炎链球菌为主,杆菌以大肠埃希菌、铜绿假单胞菌、肺炎克雷伯菌肺炎亚种、鲍氏不动杆菌为主,真菌以白假丝酵母菌、光滑念珠菌为主。2013年大肠埃希菌、铜绿假单胞菌、肺炎克雷伯菌肺炎亚种、鲍氏不动杆菌,耐药情况严重,尤其是鲍氏不动杆菌多重耐药形势非常严峻。结论:临床细菌分离总数从2007年开始统计仍继续逐年增高,细菌耐药状况严峻,尤其是常见的革兰氏阴性杆菌。应该继续加强监测本地区病原菌的分离率,掌握细菌的耐药数据,并采取有效措施控制耐药菌的产生和传播。

Abstract:Objective:Going on to investigate and summarize the distribution and resistance of bacterial isolates collected in Xinhui area of Guangdong. Methods:The bacterial isolates collected in Xinhui Hospital Afiliated to Southern Medical University from 2013 were subjected to identification and susceptibility testing by BD.PHOENIX 100.Result:2013 clinical isolated 2812 strains of bacteria and 1860 strains of bacilli accounted for 66.1%, 540 strains of gram positive cocci accounted for 19.2%, 412 strains of fungi accounted for 14.7%. To Staphylococcus aureus Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus pneumonia mainly. Coli with Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Klebsiella pneumoniae subspecies, Acinetobacter baumannii mainly. Fungus Candida albicans, Candida glabrata dominated. In 2013, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Klebsiella pneumoniae subspecies, Acinetobacter baumannii, serious resistance to antibiotics, especially the multi drug resistant Acinetobacter baumannii form is very serious. Conclusion:The total number of clinical bacteria isolated from the beginning of 2007 statistics continue to increase year by year, the serious status of drug resistance of bacteria, especially the common gram negative bacilli. Should continue to strengthen the monitoring of the continuous separation region of pathogenic bacteria drug resistance rate of bacteria, master data. The generation and propagation and take effective control measures to control drug-resistant bacteria.
