摘    要:为了研究低合金钢在海水区潮差带和飞溅带内氧浓差电流密度的分布及其生成的锈层的电化学致密性,采用电联接长钢样,在青岛海域进行了实海挂片,对WNHS355钢和E36钢在海水中的腐蚀性能进行了研究.海水腐蚀1 a的结果表明,WNHS355钢在全浸区、潮差区和大气区的腐蚀率均比E36钢小.50d的电偶电流测试表明,潮差带是阴极,钢得到了一定程度的保护,低潮位以下为阳极,钢加重了腐蚀.带锈试样的极化曲线表明,WNHS355钢在潮差区和飞溅带锈层的维钝电流密度明显小于E36钢,锈层的致密性比E36钢的好,对钢基的保护能力强,与腐蚀失重数据一致.

Abstract:The corrosion behavior of low alloyed steels WNHS355 and E36 was evaluated by carrying out one-year field corrosion tests of their simulated long-size samples in Qingdao sea area.The distribution of oxygen-concentration-difference current density in tidal region and splashing region and the electrochemical compactness of the rus-ted layers were investigated.Results indicated that the corrosion rates of WNHS355 in immersion region,tidal region,and atmos-pheric region are lower than that of E36.The measuremen...
