| 摘 要： | 目的探讨后路椎弓根钉棒系统治疗胸腰段椎体重度骨折脱位的疗效。方法对18例胸腰段椎体Ⅵ-Ⅴ度骨折脱位的患者经后路行椎管减压、复位，椎弓根钉棒系统内固定，经椎间孔椎体间植骨治疗。Frankel分级：A级11例，B级7例。结果所有患者随访6个月-2年（平均10个月），骨折脱位椎体均获得完全复位，术后6个月椎间植骨均骨性融合，椎弓根螺钉无松动、脱落或断裂。术后6个月Frankel分级：A级10例，B级6例，C级2例。结论后路椎弓根钉棒系统治疗胸腰段椎体重度骨折脱位复位良好、固定牢固、融合率高，是一种安全有效的治疗方法。
