| 摘 要： | 在大型特殊建筑的防火设计中经常会遇到一些处方式规范难以解决的问题，性能化防火设计已成为目前解决这类问题的重要手段。为了使性能化分析与设计能在实际中得到更好的应用，应发展具有可操作性的性能化分析与设计的实施规程。提出了性能化防火分析与设计规程的主要框架，并讨论了性能化防火分析与设计过程中应注意的一些问题。
