商务电子邮件的网络交际文体特征

近年来互联网的迅速发展使得电子邮件成为商务和个人沟通的最主要的网络交际手段。相比之下,对电子邮件方面的学术研究却鲜有发现,无论是商务的还是私人和社交性质的,没有统一的电子邮件写作规范和明确的语体标准。本文试图根据所收集的电子邮件探讨商务电子邮件的网络交际文体特征。

On the cyber-communication stylistic features of business email

The rapidly increasing use of the Internet in recent years has made email one of the most common means of business and personal communication. In contrast, email, whether of a business nature, or a private and social nature, has hardly been studied academically and there seems to be no writing norms to govern the use of email. This paper aims to discuss the cyber-communication stylistic features of business emails based on the sample emails collected by the author.
