鲜泡桐花与阴干泡桐花化学成分的对比研究

摘    要:目的 对泡桐花的化学成分进行了试验。方法 用比色法测定了阴干泡桐花和鲜泡桐花中总黄酮的含量 ,并采用薄层扫描法 (TLCS)测定了鲜泡桐花、阴干泡桐花和鲜泡桐花水提干浸膏中熊果酸的含量。结果 干泡桐花中总黄酮的含量和熊果酸的含量分别为 3 0 81%和 4 2 6 2 1mg/kg ,鲜泡桐花中总黄酮的含量和熊果酸的含量分别为 1 2 31%和 62 35mg/kg。结论 所建立的方法可靠 ,操作简便为泡桐花的开发利用提供质控依据

Abstract:Objective To compare the contents of total flavone and ursolic acid in the fresh and dried-in-the-shade paotonghua (flower of Paulownia tomentosa). Method Spectrophotometry was used to determine the contents of total flavone in the fresh and dried-in-the-shade paotonghua, and TLC-scanning was used to determine the contents of ursolic acid in the fresh and dried-in-the-shade paotonghua and in the water extract of the fresh paotonghua. Results The contents of total flavone and ursolic acid in the dried-in-the-shade paotonghua were 3.081% and 426.21 mg/100 g, respectively; the contents of total flavone and ursolic acid in the fresh paotonghua were 1.231% and 62.35 mg/kg, respectively. Conclusion The contents of total flavone and ursolic acid in the dried-in-the-shade paotonghua are higher than those in the fresh paotonghua.
