| 摘 要： | 目的提高高校医院药剂科服务质量和医疗服务的整体水平。方法结合高校医院药剂科的工作特点和药学服务要求,探讨高校医院药师在开展药学服务工作中如何提高自身素质。结果合格的高校医院药师应具备丰富的医药专业知识,崇高的职业道德,强烈的服务意识,良好的个人修养和过硬的心理素质。结论提高药师自身素质,是提高药学服务质量和高校医院医疗服务整体水平的关键。
