| 摘 要： | 目的建立测定黄连上清片中连翘苷含量的高效液相色谱法。方法色谱柱为Agela Promosil C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水-冰醋酸(25∶75∶0.1),检测波长为277 nm,柱温为35℃,流速为1.0 mL/min。结果连翘苷的进样量线性范围为0.501 0～5.010 0μg,r=0.999 9,平均回收率为97.57%,RSD为0.72%(n=6)。结论该方法简便、快速、重现性好,可作为黄连上清片质量控制的定量方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a method for the determination of phillyrin in Huanglianshangqing Tablets.Methods The analytical column was the Agela Promosil C18 column（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm） with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-water-glacial acetic acid（25：75：0.1）,the detection wavelength was 277 nm,the column temperature was 35 ℃with the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.Results The linear range of phillyrin was 0.501 0-5.010 0 μg,r=0.999 9,the average recovery rate was 97.57%,RSD=0.72%（n=6）.Conclusion The method is simple,rapid and reproducible,which can be used as the quantitative method in quality control of Huanglianshangqing Tablets. |
