| 摘 要： | 目的分析我院药品不良反应(ADR)的特点及引发ADR的相关因素。方法回顾性统计分析我院2005年7月至2009年12月收集的252例ADR报告。结果 252例ADR报告中,以静脉注射方式给药引发的ADR最多,占总例数的84.92%(214例);抗感染药物引起的ADR最多,占总例数的62.70%(158例);ADR表现以皮肤及附件损伤最为常见,占总例数的53.17%(134例)。结论上报的ADR例数与药品种类、给药途径等多种因素相关,应慎用注射剂,合理使用抗感染药物,以减少ADR的发生。
