摘    要:在制造业中,随着信息化和智能化的发展,CAPP系统越来越多地开始采用实例检索技术,介绍了CAPP系统中工艺检索的功能结构。针对传统的CAPP系统中零件信息描述不完整、相对复杂等问题,基于特征技术对零件进行信息提取,并根据提取的轴段信息建立特征模型。基于实例检索技术,提出了相似性系数的计算方法,从材料、热处理、几何形状及精度四个方面分别给出了相似性系数的计算公式,比较得出特征模型的工艺信息,为后续生成零件的加工工艺信息打下基础。

Abstract:In the manufacturing sector, with the development of information and intelligence, CAPP system began to use more and more examples of case searching technology. This paper introduces the functional structure of process searching in CAPP system. In traditional CAPP systems, the parts information is not complete and the system is very complex. This paper extract the part information based on feature technology. Building the feature model based on axis information. Developing the calculation method of similarity coefficient from materials, heat treatment, precision geometry and accuracy, based on case searching technology. Finally, getting the process information of the feature model.
