高温高压设备瞬态密封分析的三维力学与传热学模型

摘    要:以大型加氢反应器的高压法兰密封结构为研究对象,建立了瞬态及稳态密封分析的三维力学与传热学模型,主要解决了螺栓载荷的动态模拟和螺栓孔内空气环层的传热计算问题。利用该模型对加氢反应器的瞬态及稳态密封状况进行了计算。

Abstract:The three-dimensional mechanical model and the heat transfer model suitable for the transient seal analysis and the steady seal analysis were established by taking the seal structure of the high pressure flange as a research object.The dynamic simulation of the bolt load and the heat transfer calculation of the air loop layer in the bolt holes were solved, and a calculating analysis was made for the seal conditions of the steady state and the transient state of a hydrogenation reaction chamber by using the models.
