架空送电线路基础上拔稳定计算公式的修正

通过对《电力工程高压送电线路设计手册（第二版）》和《架空送电线路基础设计技术规定（DL/T 5219—2005）》的对比与分析,并结合基础设计程序Tfod2006的编制原理,发现《架空送电线路基础设计技术规定（DL/T5219—2005）》中上拔稳定计算公式中个别参数的表述有误,因此,为了避免用此依据进行施工出现问题需要对其进行修正。计算实例表明,修正后计算得出的基础抗上拔力与Tfod2006程序的计算结果吻合,由此确保了建起的架空送电线路安全。

Revision of fundamental formula of stable uplift overhead transmission line

Trough comparing and analyzing The Design Manual of High Voltage Transmission Line in Power System Engineering（2nd Edition） and Regulation for Fundamental Design of Overhead Transmission Line（DL/T 5219-2005） and combing programming principle of fundamental design program Tfod2006,this paper proposes that some parameters are expressively wrong in stable uplift formula in Regulation for Fundamental Design of Overhead Transmission Line（DL/T 5219-2005）.Revision of the formula,therefore,is required in order to avoid problems in construction.Calculation example proves that the fundamental uplift force calculated by the revised formula tallies with that calculated by Tfod2006.The security of the established overhead transmission line,therefore,is guaranteed.
