摘    要:目的]采用热分析方法对花魔芋精粉的生长年限进行鉴别。方法]在静态空气下对1~3年生长期花魔芋精粉的TG-DTG曲线进行研究。结果]花魔芋精粉在259.0~261.0℃时逐渐热解炭化,在433.0~450.8℃时开始燃烧。不同生长期花魔芋精粉的DTG曲线有明显差别。结论]利用热分析方法,从DTG曲线上失重峰值的位置可快速、简便地鉴别不同生长期的花魔芋精粉。

Abstract:Objective] Growing period of Amorphophallus konjac powder was appraised using thermal analysis method. Method] The TG-DTG curves of Amorphophallus konjac powder of one year growing period,two years growing period and three years growing period were analyzed using TG-DTG technique in the static air. Result] Amorphophallus konjac powder was carbonized when the temperature was at 259.0-261.0 ℃ and it was burned when the temperature was 433.0-450.8 ℃. The DTG curves of Amorphophallus konjac powder of different growing period were different. Conclusion] It was easy to distinguish the Amorphophallus konjac powder of different growing period according to the mass lessen peak position in the DTG curves.
